This tutorial works only for My Memories Version 4 as it needs the Ripped Photo effect.

How to do it ...
Open a new page and add your background paper.
Add a photo box and drag it right across the page leaving a bit of the background showing. Add a slightly different version of the paper you want on the top. You can add darker as I've done in this example OR use a white textured background if you want the effect of real life torn cardstock.
After you add your photo click on the Ripped photo effect button. Check the side you want to rip and select rip width about 50.
Add a shadow to this layer (NOT the top layer). Grab the shadow with your cursor and move it to the direction of the ripped side, the left in this example. You might want to experiment changing the blur and opacity to get the effect you want. You can always come back and alter the shadow once the whole page is finished.
Now add another photo box for the top of the ripped paper. Move it to near the edge of the first photo.
Add your "top" paper to the photo box and choose the Ripped effect again. This time make it more ripped - at least 60.
You might want to move one of both of the layers to get them closed together for the right rip effect. Do NOT add a shadow to the top layer or you will spoil the effect.
Try rotating the top layer a little to get a more realistic tear effect.

Add your photo and embellies and you're done! I added rounded corners to the photo to soften it and extended the cluster over the photo.
